Work independently with Analytics leaders and business partners to complete impact studies, define key performance indicators and drive data discipline

Steer a team of analysts and engineers to deliver Analytical solutions, enhancements, and/or ML/AI-based tools that rapidly deliver business value to business leaders

Define business requirements. translate these into data engineering and analytics tasks, projects and deliverables and model and visualize business analysis insights with data driven dashboards, reports, and interactive apps hosted on the Palantir Foundry cloud-based data management platform for pharmaceutical prescriptions, sales activity, promotional data using IMS / IQVIA data sets, Veeva, Real-world data, Real-world evidence, DRG, etc.), and health healthcare industry data for hospital Practice Management Systems, human resources and payroll management systems, scheduling and booking systems, patient management and patient portals.

Build simulations to prescribe recommendations for “what if” scenarios and assist business decision making; and

Manage complex data engineering and analytics projects with multi-functional teams across geographies, working remotely together in an Agile, sprint by sprint manner to deliver solutions described above.

Learn and understand the customers’ business and operational framework, identify gaps or inefficiencies using business analytics, and incorporate a data driven decision making framework to help customers’ create core business value
